New Year, Same Me


Starting 2018 with day 2 of my cleanse.

Day 2 involved the following :
- Up at 8am, feeling refreshed (instead of hungover!)
- Lemon tea.
- Gratitude journaling.
- Green Juice : Celery, spinach, kale & cucumber.
- Gentle yoga flow.
- Breakfast : Antioxident Smoothie Bowl.
- Morning Activity : long relaxed walk around Hagley Park with the boys.
- Lunch : Ensalada verde green juice
- Afternoon activity : Reading on the deck, enjoying the brilliant blue sky & sunshine.
- Dinner : Asian Kale Salad.
- Aromatherapy bath : Rosemary essential oil & apple cider vinegar.
- Journaling : Reflection on the day.
- Pre- sleep meditation.

Pretty low key, self care kind of day & a really nice way to step into January, much better than the horrendous hangover I would usually start the new year with!
