Et voilà
Day 4 done & cleanse complete. Back to work & routine tomorrow.
Day 4 went something like this :
- Lemon tea
- Gratitude journaling
- Gentle yoga flow
- Green juice : celery, spinach, kale, parsley & cucumber.
- Dry brushing & a refreshing shower.
- Morning activity : long walk at the beach with the dogs.
- Lunch : Sprout, carrot & lemon juice.
- Afternoon activity : DIY facial (interupted by the boys, clearly I wasn't paying them enough attention!)
- Afternoon juice : cabbage, green apple, beetroot & fennel.
- Dinner : Garden salad.
- Aromatherapy bath : Peppermint essential oil, hydrogen peroxide & ground ginger.
- Journaling : reflection on the day & cleanse as a whole.
- Ending the day with a pre-sleep meditation.
Today was my favourite day of the cleanse, perhaps because my body has adapted. The other days I was really craving carbs and / or solid food so was pleasantly surprised because today was mostly juice.
I've really enjoyed the process & I'm really going to miss my daily aromatherapy baths.
